Professional background
Samuel is experienced in capital markets and assists companies from various sectors, such as life sciences (biotech and medtech), new technologies, cleantech or aeronautics. He also works with investment services providers and investment funds. Samuel's Department assists clients with IPOs, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions involving listed companies, tender offers, and more generally investment in listed companies. His team also advises listed companies on a day-to-day basis with all of their legal obligations.
Samuel and his team have intervened in a number of transactions over the past few months as deal counsel, counsel to lead managers and bookrunners or investors, including amongst others: Arcure (IPO), Vogo (IPO), BIO-UV Group (IPO), GL Events (capital increase), Deinove (contribution in kind and capital increase), Carbios (capital increase), Focus Home Interactive (capital increase), AwoX (capital increase and issue of convertible bonds) and Kerlink (IPO and then capital increase).
Samuel is a member of the Securities Lawyers Association (Association des Avocats en Droit Boursier) and member of the Corporate Finance commission of France Biotech.
Samuel holds a specialised Master's degree in Law and International Management (HEC and ESCP Europe - 2003), as well as a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Law (Paris XI University - 2002). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher Paris, Samuel Pallotto was a partner at Brunswick Société d'Avocats, where he headed the Capital Markets Department since 2012. He started his career in 2005 in the Capital Markets team of Jeantet Associés AARPI.
Samuel speaks both French and English.
