- Advising Virgin Wines UK Plc on its vendor placing and admission to AIM with a market cap of £110m.
- Advising TeacherActive, a leading education sector recruitment agency, on the capital growth investment by Pricoa Private Capital.
- Advising Water Direct on the bolt-on acquisitions of 3 complementary businesses.
- Advising the sellers and management on the management buy-out of Grosvenor Health and Social Care.
- Advising the sellers and management on the secondary management buy-out of Stuart Turner, a deal backed by Epiris.

Fieldfisher advises Water Direct on majority stake sale to Eurazeo

European law firm Fieldfisher has advised Water Direct, the UK’s leading provider of alternative water supply solutions for utilities, businesses and the public sector, on the sale of a majority stake to Eurazeo through Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF), a leading European investment group. Fieldfisher also advised Water Direct’s management team on their terms with the buyer as part of the transaction.

European law firm Fieldfisher has announced the appointment of Tom Rush as a partner in its Corporate practice, based in Birmingham. Tom joins from Gateley Legal, where he was Birmingham Head of Corporate. He joined the firm on 3 September 2024.
