I have over 30 years' experience advising on corporate transactions and matters. I have worked in both private practice and in-house on a wide range of corporate transactions, principally M&A transactions, group reorganisations, share buy-backs, joint ventures, company start-ups, private equity, and venture capital work and general corporate advice. I have advised individuals, entrepreneurs, private and public companies, management teams and banks in a wide range of sectors.
I have also worked as a professional support lawyer both in private practice and in-house.
In my spare time, I follow Manchester City (I am a long-standing season ticket holder and chairman of the East Yorkshire supporters club), watch other sports, cycle with my wife, spend time with my dog and I am also a volunteer dog walker at a dog rescue centre.
