Professional background
Thyllie advises a wide range of national and international clients in a variety of sectors, including tech, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, including a number of well-known French and international retail brands. On a daily basis, she supports numerous distribution networks from their inception to their expansion.
She intervenes and litigates, and has solid experience in negotiating commercial contracts. Thyllie represents and assists the department's clients before the French courts and administrative authorities. She also works closely with the Intellectual Property Department in the Paris office on all matters relating to intellectual property and distribution networks.
Admitted to the Paris bar in November 2010, she holds a master's degree and a DJCE (Corporate Legal Counsel Diploma) from the University of Montpellier. She also holds a master's degree in European and International Business Law from the Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Before joining Fieldfisher in 2012, she worked in a niche firm specializing in distribution law.
In 2009, she was awarded a prize in the DJCE by the French legal publisher Francis Lefebvre.
She speaks French and English.
