Professional background

She advises a wide range of clients in sectors as diverse as automotive, pharmaceuticals, fashion and textiles, including a number of well-known French and international retail brands.
 
She advises in both contentious and non-contentious matters in all aspects of economic law (distribution contracts, restrictive practices, consumer law, sales promotion, misleading advertising, commercial negotiations...). She also works in close collaboration with the Intellectual Property department of the Paris office.
 
Admitted to the Paris Bar in December 2019, She is a graduate of the double degree Master 2/MBA in Business Law and Management from Paris II – Pantheon Assas University. She also holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Sheffield in England.
 
Before joining Fieldfisher, Mathilde gained experience as a corporate lawyer, first in the automotive and new technologies sectors, then in pharmaceuticals.
 
She works in French and English.
