Professional background

I am a general commercial litigator who particularly specialises in professional negligence claims against lawyers, accountants, surveyors and other professionals across a range of industries. I am particularly experienced in bringing claims relating to negligent tax and structuring advice, and property-related negligence. I also routinely act in breach of contract claims, internal investigations, and contentious sanctions disputes.

I earned a First Class law degree at Keele University in 2010, where I was awarded the Vice Chancellor's Scholarship and an award for best dissertation, for my paper focusing on breach of contract claims.
LLM Durham University 2010-2011
I studied a Masters' Degree in International Trade and Commercial Law at the University of Durham with a particular focus on international banking and investment disputes.
