I act on a wide range of landlord and tenant disputes and asset management work to include contentious and non-contentious lease renewals, break notices, tenant default and insolvency and dilapidations. I also have experience in advising on property issues such as restrictive covenants and rights of light together with contentious planning issues.
My recent experience includes acting on behalf of a property management company in successfully obtaining an injunction against an occupier for breach of a restrictive covenant and acting in an expert determination and subsequent successful application for specific performance.
I have acted for large corporate occupiers, shopping centre landlords, commercial and residential developers and charitable trusts, together with more bespoke property portfolios. I am very aware of the differing commercial needs my clients will have.
