I have sat on the Board as Chairman, non-exec director and/or UK legal director for over 10 companies including Vodafone.
My expertise lies primarily in the fields of intellectual property, finance, VC, licensing and supporting the international expansion of fast-growing companies. I tend to act very much as part of the team for the clients I support with a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Whilst working with many large organisations in the tech, media and telecoms sector, I have also helped the expansion of over 500 SME's in the same space.
I was seconded to Vodafone as UK legal director tasked to support over 30 lawyers. I have assisted in the fundraising for over 40 SME companies and act as chairman for 8. I host a networking event called Internetworks and am a regular speaker in the world of brand building.
I am keen on all sports but being Welsh, have a particular passion for rugby. I am also chairman of Liam Gallagher ('Oasis') fashion company called Pretty Green.
