My practice focuses on resolving contractual disputes in the information technology and franchising sectors. Other areas of expertise include resolving intellectual property disputes (with a particular emphasis on copyright, designs and trade marks) and the implementation and execution of anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy strategies.
In addition to having litigation experience in the High Court (in both Queen's Bench and Chancery Divisions), Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, I have experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures such as: arbitration (both ad-hoc and institutional) and mediation.
I have written articles in the ITMA Review, CIPA Journal and ACID Newsletter. I have also lectured at Central Saint Martins-UAL, University of West London and at New Designers prepare days.
My professional memberships include SCL, ITMA and IPSOC.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my young family and playing tennis.
