For more than 20 years, I have been a lawyer specializing in the field of Economic and Corporate Criminal Law; and for more than a decade, in the areas of Criminal Compliance, Anti-Bribery Systems, Reporting Channels and Internal Investigations.
Throughout my extensive career, I have had the opportunity to work in various business sectors, such as real estate promotion and investment, healthcare and health provision, foundations and associations, school centres, ports and sports federations, logistics, technology, etc. providing legal-criminal advice and regulatory compliance services, both to private individuals and to SMEs and large companies, as well as to the members of their Boards of Directors, Senior Management and intermediate positions.
My vocation has always been to provide a quality, professional, specialist and personalized legal advisory service to the specific needs of my clients.
In addition, for more than 10 years I have combined the practice of law with teaching in various seminars, courses and postgraduate degrees taught by prominent and recognized universities, associations and professional colleges in the areas of Procedural Law, Criminal Law, Compliance, Reporting Channels and Internal Investigations.
I have always sought to actively participate in various professional associations, which has led me to be a member of the Criminal Law Section and the Compliance Committee of the Bar Association of Barcelona and to chair the Catalan Compliance Association COMPCAT between 2017 and 2020, currently holding the position of 2nd Vice President of RED FLAG Association of Experts in Reporting Channels and Protection of Accusers.
