Núria has been a senior associate in the Corporate M&A area for more than two decades, with an outstanding career in providing legal advice to companies.
She specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. In the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Department, she advises foreign investors in relation to the incorporation of companies, foreign investment, joint ventures, articles of association and shareholders' agreements. She also advises on issues related to directors, granting of powers of attorney, preservation of minute books, mergers/divisions, dissolutions and any ancillary resolutions related to incorporation, acquisition and corporate maintenance.
