I was called to the Bar in 2009 (unregistered) and prior to joining Fieldfisher in 2018, I worked in a UK's top 20 international City firm for nearly seven years. Initially as a paralegal I was focused on CIS related high value complex commercial litigation. I was part of the team working on several high profile fraud cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court involving a flagship Russian airline company and prominent Russian individuals. I subsequently trained and qualified as a solicitor with the firm in 2015 and gained further complex international litigation experience by working on a multi-jurisdictional dispute defending a major Chinese corporation client in a multimillion defects claim related to offshore windfarm components.

I was born and grew up by the Caspian Sea in the Mangystau Region of Kazakhstan and moved to England in 1998.  I am bilingual and a native Russian speaker. In my spare time I enjoy reading science fiction and dystopian genre books, playing the piano, cooking and keeping active.
