Professional background

I have advised shareholders and management of LSE-listed companies in connection with corporate governance, listing requirements and shareholder activism matters.

I have acted for a wide range of clients from start-ups to large multinationals, particularly in the natural resources, technology, life sciences and financial services sectors on a broad range of corporate matters, often complex and high-profile in nature. I have a particular expertise advising clients from the CIS region.

I am part of the team shortlisted for M&A Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2021, having assisted on some of the key transactions highlighted in the nomination. I am also recommended by Legal 500 UK 2022 as a key lawyer in the firm's Emerging Markets team.
