I assist French and foreign companies from many sectors including industry, insurance, retail, tourism or IT on all aspects of individual and collective labour relations.
I work on both advisory and contentious matters and have significant experience on issues relating to restructuring, relations with trade unions and staff representatives or working time.
I hold a master's degree in Employment Law and Human Resources Management from the Institut Catholique de Lille.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I was a work-study student at Simon Associes.
I speak French and English.
