She assists French and foreign companies from many sectors including industry, insurance, retail, tourism and IT on all aspects of individual and collective labour relations.

She works on both advisory and contentious matters and has a significant experience on issues related to restructuring, international mobility, and relations with trade unions and staff representatives.

After completing a Master 1 in Business Law at the University of Murcia in Spain, she obtained a Master 2 in International Business Law at the University of Paris V and she is a graduate of HEDAC.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, she was a paralegal and then an associate at Flichy Grangé Avocats. Before that, she was an intern at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Klepierre, Hachette and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, in their Employment departments.

She speaks French, English and Spanish.
