I specialise in securities and complex litigation and I advise high net worth individuals, companies and institutional clients in the defense of their interests in judicial proceedings, both in the field of banking litigation and in other civil and commercial issues.
I provide legal assistance in all procedural phases and instances, highlighting the cassation practice in civil, commercial and contentious-administrative jurisdictions, as well as in the filing of other appeals before high courts (TC and ECHR).
I am currently in charge of antitrust damages claims at Fieldfisher.
I have a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zaragoza, and a Master’s degree in Legal Practice (admission to the Bar) from CEU University Abat Oliva. In the course of my professional career, I have been part of different areas in renowned legal firms, which allows me to apply my experience to the resolution of legal disputes, providing an added value. In addition, part of my professional and academic career has taken place abroad, what makes me competent to handle legal disputes with international component.
