Since qualifying, I have gained a range of experience in litigation proceedings in the County Court, High Court and Employment Tribunals.

I deal with a wide range of disputes on behalf of individuals and commercial entities in a broad range of sectors including education, IT, construction/property, retail/wholesale, pharmaceuticals, and financial and governmental institutions.

My clients include household names, government bodies, major utilities providers and multinational companies through to smaller companies and private individuals.

I have acquired experience advising clients in respect of contractual disputes, breach of warranty claims, professional negligence claims, contentious probate and shareholder disputes.

I work alongside clients to resolve disputes commercially and cost-effectively and advise clients on alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and without prejudice negotiations. I have experience acting on the basis of Conditional Fee Agreements and After-the-Event insurance.

Some of my work highlights include:

  • Negotiating a sizeable settlement for a small business in a commercial dispute with a national retailer;
  • Assisting on a £30m corporate warranty / fraud dispute, in respect of which we achieved a multi-million pound Judgment at Trial;
  • Securing an order to strike out a claim against a national educational body;
  • Representing an individual in respect of a professional negligence claim against a UK law firm; and
  • Acting for a multinational retailer in a dispute involving advertising contracts.
Outside of work, I like to relax at home with my wife and four children. I am a keen runner, sports fan and supporter of the Arsenal. I have been involved in various fund raising projects and currently sit on the board of my community synagogue.
