I also have experience preparing and negotiating a full suite of construction documents. I draft and negotiate bespoke construction documents and advise upon amendments to standard forms of contracts.
I work across the following sectors for a broad range of clients: commercial and residential development, energy (both conventional and renewables), retail, healthcare, life sciences, property investment, real estate finance, landlord & tenant and social housing.
My experience acting for a variety of parties (e.g. both landlords and tenants, landowners and developers, employers and contractors) and across both real estate and construction law means that I understand the conflicting commercial drivers behind a transaction and can work effectively to get a deal done.

- acting for one of the UK's leading land promoters on sites across the Midlands;
- acting for a listed US REIT on its forward funding of a number of logistics and warehousing sites;
- acting for one of the UK's leading contractors in its joint venture with the UK Government bringing surplus land forward for residential development.
