Throughout her career, she has provided advice to companies both nationally and internationally, offering support in legal matters that may arise, with an approach focused on understanding the client's needs, knowing the specialities of her sector and maintaining a close relationship in order to be able to offer the appropriate solutions at all times. Her advice in this field has mainly focused on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and intervention in all kinds of corporate and investment transactions. The sectors in which she has provided legal advice include, among others, the pharmaceutical industry, the retail sector, real estate companies, construction companies and architectural and engineering service providers, the technology sector and the internet.
She has also developed extensive experience in real estate and construction law, resolving queries and offering legal solutions, as well as intervening in projects of various kinds in this field.
Her training has been highly specialised in procedural law, and her professional practice has also been developed in this field, having intervened in all kinds of legal proceedings, assuming the legal direction of the client before the civil and commercial jurisdictions, and in all their instances. She also has training and experience in relation to the international and EU instruments applicable in this area, having intervened in cross-border proceedings, and is familiar with their procedural specialities.
Her transversal knowledge and ability to intervene both in the consultancy and negotiation and contracting phases, and to intervene in all litigation matters that may arise, provide added value to her services. Thus, she tries to offer a broader approach, always starting from the client's specificities (sectorial, cultural, organisational), and taking into account issues of commercial, contractual, EU and international law, as well as procedural issues, and the interconnection that may exist in all these issues with their respective legal implications.
