I am a fund structuring and distribution lawyer, focusing on alternative asset classes across the liquidity spectrum. I have over 20 years of experience, working both in-house in alternative asset managers in the hedge and private credit space and in private practice. 

I am a Luxembourg Avocat à la Cour and admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and Ireland, although the clients I represent domicile investment vehicles across a wide range of jurisdictions.

I have acted for a wide range of asset managers from start-ups and spin-outs to banks and global institutions.
