I also carry out advisory services for clients on legal issues in relation to Brexit.

I have experience in drafting rules, regulations and procedures in relation to the registration requirements of regulatory bodies (including interpretation of EU Directives).

I also have experience in relation to the investigation and preparation of cases for hearing before preliminary committees and fitness to practise committees of regulatory bodies. I also appear on behalf regulatory bodies before the Courts.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a Solicitor in the Regulatory Department in a London firm, specialising in the investigation and preparation of hearings before fitness to practise committees of regulatory bodies.

I obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Law from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne before completing the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Queens University, Belfast.
