Professional background
I provide legal services to clients in areas such as investment and mergers & acquisitions, dispute resolution, corporate matters, and labor and employment.
I have been practicing law for ten years, serving clients across industries including banking, insurance, real estate, biotechnology, environmental protection, advanced manufacturing, trade, media, internet, and construction. With extensive experience in foreign-related legal services, I have been selected for the sixth batch of the Guangdong Provincial Foreign-Related Lawyers Pioneer Talent Pool, the fifth batch of the Guangdong Provincial Foreign-Related Lawyers Emerging Talent Pool, included as a Guangzhou Foreign-Related Lawyers Leading Talent, and named in the first batch of the Guangzhou Outstanding Young Lawyers "Lingyun Plan". I currently serve as a member of the 11th Belt and Road Legal Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
I graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Transactional Law and Business University(TLBU), obtaining a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Law, respectively. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in an exchange program at the Université de Montréal in Canada. During my postgraduate studies, I undertook study visits to international organizations in Europe, including the WTO, OECD, WIPO, ILO, and the EU.
