My main areas of practice


I advise in particular in the areas of trade mark, Design and Copyright Law and Competition Law. A particular focus of my work is the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of IP rights, both in proceedings for interim legal protection and in proceedings on the merits. I also advise on product launches and advertising campaigns.

Another focus of my work is strategic advice and support for brand portfolios.

I am involved in the field of learning support for children with learning difficulties.
 

My background


I studied in Berlin and Copenhagen. As part of my training and legal traineeship, I worked in several international IP law firms.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as an IP lawyer in a medium-sized German law firm.

Fieldfisher advises Incap on the strategic acquisition of Lacon Group

European law firm Fieldfisher has advised the listed Incap Corporation on its acquisition of the Lacon Group, an established EMS and ODM provider founded in 1985 with production sites in Germany and Romania and a strong focus on the defence, rail technology and medical technology sectors. The transaction involves the acquisition of all shares for a minimum purchase price of EUR 50 million, plus a potential earn-out of up to EUR 5 million.
