I have a particular interest in copyright law reform and have worked on cases involving some of the highest awards for additional damages for copyright infringement related to computer software.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for five years in a “Tier 1” intellectual property practice at a leading international law firm in Sydney. I have also worked as a Judge’s Associate in the Supreme Court of South Australia and have a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide (Hons Class I, University Medal).
