I specialise in industrial and intellectual property, unfair competition, competition law, and ICT.
I advise national companies and international corporations on their register strategies and protecting their brands and inventions. I have an extensive experience in negotiating licensing agreements and contracts for the assignment of all kinds of intellectual property rights, as well as their defence in court, at both national and international level.
Both, myself and the Industrial and Intellectual Property Department have been recognized by several rankings, which include Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, World Trademark Review and Best Lawyers.
I have been a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) for the past two decades, and since 1999, I have worked as a legal advisor for the Terrassa Business Confederation (CECOT) in industrial property matters. I am also a member of ASIPI and INTA.
Before joining Fieldfisher-JAUSAS, I was the partner director of March & Asociados, and the director of Clarke, Modet & Co law firm. I am also a member of the Fieldfisher-JAUSAS Supervisory Board.
