I am the co-leader of the Fieldfisher IP Group and co-leader of the Fieldfisher European IP Group.
I specialise in intellectual property disputes in the fields of trademarks, copyright, patents, designs, and confidential information. I have acted on some of the most high profile intellectual property disputes to come before the English courts in recent years, including the recent February 2018 trademark judgment in Sky plc v SkyKick Inc EWHC 155, the Supreme Court patent decision in Schütz GmbH v Werit UK Limited EWCA 6 and a dispute on the ownership of the "Lotus" brand in Formula One Motor racing Group Lotus plc v 1 Malaysia Racing Team EWHC 1366. My practice also includes reputation management including defamation disputes and advice, advertising, transactional IP work, EU sanctions work and disputes in the media, sports, and IT and technology sectors.
