Lawyer in the Criminal & Compliance area, he has devoted his entire professional career to economic, corporate and banking criminal law, defending and representing both individuals and legal entities before the Courts and Tribunals throughout Spain, and intervening in legal proceedings of notorious relevance and public importance. In addition, he has participated in the creation, design and implementation of multiple and diverse projects in the field of criminal compliance within national and multinational companies, foundations, associations and political parties.
His comprehensive vision and understanding of criminal law and his passion for it have led him to take on the defence of numerous cases in the field of penitentiary law, both before the penitentiary administration and before the criminal enforcement and penitentiary supervision courts. He combines this work with his position as a member of the Prison Law Committee of the Barcelona Bar Association.
In addition, he has authored several legal articles and has been invited to give and participate in various conferences and university courses on procedural and criminal law, compliance and prison law.
