Professional Profile and Bio
I am recognised as an expert in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration (both domestic and cross-border), representing clients in various jurisdictions, or assisting them in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, such as arbitration and mediation.
I have a specific expertise in obligations and contract law, advising clients on a broad range of contracts, both contentious and non-contentious.
I also have an extensive experience in helping clients manage and handle crisis situations in complex projects requiring (pre)-litigation strategies.
I am teaching obligations and contract law at Saint-Louis University in Brussels and am the author of numerous publications. I speak regularly at conferences on contract law and dispute resolution topics.
I am a member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR and of the Commission on Commercial Law and Practice of the International Commercial Court.
I am fluent in French and English.
