Isobel Cullen

I joined Fieldfisher in 2022 as a paralegal, before commencing my training in 2023 and being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2026.

I advise clients across a range of sectors, including education, health care, and professional services.

I specialise in advising regulators and public bodies in relation to all aspects of their statutory function, practice and procedure, investigations and enforcement.

I have a particular interest in the investigation and preparation of cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. 

I have experience in preparing applications for the High Court, including confirmation of sanction applications and emergency suspension applications. I also have experience in defending judicial review proceedings and statutory appeals.
