Gemma is a senior associate at Life Sciences and has more than 15 years' experience advising companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. She specialises in pharmaceutical law, especially regulatory law and compliance with sectoral codes of conduct and compliance policies applicable to the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector. In this area, she has worked as an in-house consultant for companies in the sector, assisting in the implementation of codes of conduct and internal procedures.
She also has experience in the contractual area, advising companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector on the drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts required in the sector.
In addition, her previous experience in Fieldfisher's Litigation area has allowed her to manage litigation proceedings of companies in the pharmaceutical and health sector both before the Administration and before the ordinary Courts, as well as before the control bodies responsible for the application of the sectorial Codes.
She is a regular contributor to various publications specialising in pharmaceutical law.
