I have worked for many years as an independent lawyer, which has allowed me to work across a wide range of legal areas, from litigation to corporate or labour law.
I address each process with a strategic and solution-focused mindset, placing particular value on clarity, ethical conduct, and the trust of those I represent, with a special focus on working closely to the client.
The ability for prospecting and getting new clients on board is a plus. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to processes of some complexity — from securing an Extraordinary Appeal before the Portuguese Supreme Court (STJ) for a foreign client, to getting a substantial reduction in a regulatory fine. One of my biggest clients now was a counter part in the past, an example of a complement to my work.
