I work on a variety of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, competition law claims and breaches of fiduciary duties. Some recent work highlights include:
- Acting for a FTSE 100 company relating to the theft and distribution of confidential business information, including obtaining a pre-emptive injunction against 'Persons Unknown' and Norwich Pharmacal relief.
- Acting for an aerospace manufacturer in a claim against its former CEO for breaches of statutory and fiduciary duties.
- Advising and acting for a large group of claimants in equal pay claims against a high-profile retailer.
I am also heavily involved in Fieldfisher's Probono initiatives, having recently acted for a family in successfully obtaining a decision by the Social Care Ombudsman that a local authority had failed in its duty of care.
