For more than 16 years, he has advised French (public and private) and foreign clients in all areas of public and construction law, particularly in the context of major projects.

He was involved in operations relating to the design, financing, construction/reconfiguration and operation of the Marseille Velodrome stadium, the new Ministry of Defence, the new Palais de Justice in Paris, the Condorcet Campus, and the high-speed network in the Alsace region, amongst others. He currently advises the Société du Grand Paris on the Grand Paris Express project and the contracting authority of a liquid natural gas power plant project in the French Overseas Communities.
 
His clients include large foreign groups that he advises on the development of their business activities in France, particularly in the fields of public procurement, construction, the environment, urban planning, energy and insurance.
 
He frequently represents clients before the administrative and judicial courts.
 
Before joining Fieldfisher, He was a partner at Watson Farley Williams (2012-2015) and Gowling WLG, where he was co-head of the Project / Public Law department. He began his career at Orrick Rambaud Martel where he was appointed Counsel in 2008.
 
He holds a postgraduate degree in public law and international law and a doctorate in law from the University of Paris II.  He was a policy officer to the Legal Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003.
 
He speaks French and English.
