I advise clients on a wide range of intellectual property disputes, including trade marks, passing off, copyright, database rights, design rights and confidential information.  My experience includes assisting on the significant database rights case 77M v Ordnance Survey [2019] EWHC 3007 (Ch).

I also advise clients on how to protect their brand, including trade mark portfolio management, trade mark clearance searches and contentious registry proceedings (including opposition, revocation and invalidity actions).

I have a particular interest in the beauty, fashion, retail, sport and technology sectors and have experience working in-house for a technology company. I am also passionate about sustainability and keen to support clients who are working to improve their environmental impact.

As a trainee at the firm, I got the opportunity to represent victims of sexual assault, including the victims of alleged sexual assault by Harvey Weinstein. I continue to be a passionate advocator for Women's rights across all industries.

I am a member of the Sustainability Team at Fieldfisher and a member of IPSoc (the society for junior IP practitioners). I also regularly attend Fashion Law London events to engage in legal and commercial developments in the fashion industry.
