I am a derivatives and structured finance lawyer with over 20 years' experience advising on derivatives transactions across all types of underlyings as well as netting, collateral, close-outs and disputes.
The dynamic nature of derivatives means I often advise clients on new developments in the sector including changes in regulation, structures and opportunities.
I am increasingly involved in large-scale, often regulatory-driven, documentation projects, typically being responsible for the scoping, implementation and ultimate delivery of these projects.
On the structured finance side, my work includes derivatives and liquidity facilities in structured finance transactions (securitisations, ABCP, CDOs), as well as involvement in capital protected and similar structured products.
I am also Fieldfisher's training principal, overseeing the development of the trainee solicitors in our London, Birmingham and Manchester offices.
