Professional Profile and Bio

I advise on all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions. In addition, I advise on the regulatory aspects of banking and financial services.

The clients I advise range from start-ups, SMEs, international groups, listed companies to Belgian and international financial institutions.

I have a particularly strong background in all regulatory aspects of banking and financial services as I spent 10 years in the banking and finance department of a prominent Benelux law firm before joining Fieldfisher in June 2018.

I received my law degree magna cum laude from the University of Louvain (UCL) in 2008. During my studies, I spent five months at the University of Birmingham on an exchange program. During the last year of my studies, I was awarded the Jacques Falys Prize for best final paper. I also hold a degree in political sciences from the University of Louvain (UCL) (2008).

I was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2008.

My mother tongue is French, and I am fluent in English and Dutch.
