I am an Associate in Fieldfisher's Construction and Projects team.
My experience includes two years' of contentious and non-contentious experience in the Construction and Projects team, in which I have advised funders, employers and contractors on multi-million pound residential and care home, retail, energy storage and hospital projects.
I specialise in the creation, negotiation and execution of key contractual documentation including (amongst others); contracts (traditional, design & build and construction management), warranties, professional appointments, novation agreements and associated security documents.
I have also been involved in adjudication proceedings, frequently gaining favourable outcomes and spent six months on secondment at HS2 during 2019.
I have had articles published in 'Young Lawyer' magazine and on 'theHRdirector.com' and in my spare time I like to keep fit by playing football. You might otherwise find me in the gym or on the golf course (albeit, rarely the fairway).
