I qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2008, having done my training at a leading Northern Irish firm and completed seats in the property, corporate and litigation departments. I was awarded a post graduate diploma in Corporate Governance and Public Policy from Queen's University Belfast in 2010.

I then spent several years working within the Forensics practice of PwC within the disputes team analysing and assessing quantum for a range of disputes such as breach of contract, insurance claims, loss of profits and loss of earnings claims and personal injury claims, preparing financial and other information for use in settlement negotiations and assisting in the preparation of independent expert reports for the High Court of Northern Ireland.

In more recent years I worked within the Intelligent Review team in PwC, leading teams of reviewers on large scale reviews including regulatory disclosure exercises, investigations, electronic communication surveillance, litigation and contract digitisation projects, and as such I have experience in a range of legal software and review platforms. I have particular experience within the Media sector, having spent a number of years supporting a global broadcaster on an exercise to digitise their back catalogue of licensing acquisition and distribution contracts. I also have experience in carrying out verification of written submissions for expert determinations relating to transaction shareholder disputes as well as submissions of testimony for international arbitration proceedings.
