I am often instructed to design solutions appropriate for multi-generational wealth which may include family offices, private funds, partnerships, trusts or foundations, as well as wills and succession agreements.
The structures I work on often hold trading businesses, financial investments, real estate and private equity interests, but I also advise on holding aircraft, yachts, artwork and intangibles such as image rights, royalties, NFTs and crypto.
I have spent much of my career advising clients based in GCC countries, but I also advise clients with connections to central Europe, USA and South America.
