Carla has extensive experience advising companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors in all areas of their activity, including contractual, administrative and regulatory aspects. She has advised on the preparation and negotiation of numerous strategic contracts for companies in the sector, such as co-development contracts, technology transfer and patent licensing.
In addition, she has provided expertise in the introduction of new business models related to e-health services and products. Her experience also covers mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate governance matters.
