I have extensive experience advising companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors across all areas of their business, including contractual, administrative and regulatory matters. I have advised on the drafting and negotiation of numerous strategic agreements for companies in the sector, such as co-development agreements, technology transfer arrangements and patent licensing.
In addition, I have provided guidance on the implementation of new business models related to e-health services and products. My experience also includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate governance matters.
