My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work is advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as in the area of private equity and venture capital.
In addition, I advise on national and cross-border restructurings, corporate disputes and directors' and officers' liability.
Our clients include national and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and high net worth individuals, in particular from the Payment, Technology, Chemical, Automotive and Healthcare sectors.
I advise our clients in German, English and Albanian.
Education
My background
During my studies and legal clerkship, I worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at international corporate law firms and for an international energy company. Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer in a German corporate law firm.

Fieldfisher advises Incap on the strategic acquisition of Lacon Group

European law firm Fieldfisher has advised the listed Incap Corporation on its acquisition of the Lacon Group, an established EMS and ODM provider founded in 1985 with production sites in Germany and Romania and a strong focus on the defence, rail technology and medical technology sectors. The transaction involves the acquisition of all shares for a minimum purchase price of EUR 50 million, plus a potential earn-out of up to EUR 5 million.
