My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work is on cross-border transactions as well as on private equity and venture capital clients.
In addition, I regularly advise on restructuring projects, reorganizations and corporate disputes, and also in the area of directors' and officers' liability.
Our clients include national and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and private clients, particularly from the payment, technology, automotive and healthcare sectors.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I completed my studies in Freiburg, Helsinki, Bonn and Cologne. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a corporate lawyer in an international law firm in Dusseldorf.
