My main areas of practice
A particular focus is on strategic advice to national and international clients from various industries as well as litigation, in particular in patent infringement proceedings.
In addition, I advise on contracts concerning patents as well as on legal issues that lie at the interface between antitrust law and intellectual property law.

My background
I studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and at the Universitat de València (Spain), specialising in private international law and medical law. During my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, I worked in various international law firms in the field of dispute resolution, patent law and antitrust law.
