I specialise in all aspects of individual and collective Belgian Employment law, including general Employment law matters, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals and company closures, reorganisations, individual dismissals, Employment disputes, GDPR, discrimination and immigration matters.
With strong field experience, I regularly advise major companies amongst others in the telecom, automotive, hotel, luxury goods and pharmaceutical sectors.
Furthermore, I have an extensive experience in litigation. I litigate both in French and Dutch before the different Belgian labour courts.
I also speak on a regular basis at internal and external seminars on Employment law issues.
