My main areas of practice
I provide comprehensive legal advice to national and international companies in the field of data protection – from strategic planning to operational implementation. This includes the development and integration of data protection-compliant processes, drafting of privacy-related contracts, and representation in proceedings before supervisory authorities.
Another key focus of my work is the legal assessment of emerging technologies, particularly concerning regulatory requirements for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
I advise our clients in both German and English.
My background
I completed my law studies at EBS Law School in Wiesbaden and at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and the First State Examination. I completed my legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Rostock, with placements in several commercial law firms in Hamburg specializing in Data Protection and IT Law.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer at a Munich-based law firm specializing in Data Protection and IT Law.
