Anita specialises in cutting-edge project management of group action claims, a new and emerging practice area. She focuses on creating efficient work flows, innovative solutions and bespoke management tools for large groups of clients. She has experience of working on both sides of group actions: for claimants she specialises in the aspects of book-building, on-boarding, data collection and processing, and client communication. For defendants, the focus is usually on managing communications and claim verification, particularly where claimants are unrepresented.
