I work closely with investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and asset managers on the negotiation and implementation of their derivatives trading documentation (including ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs) as well as providing advice on transactional aspects of their structured finance transactions.
