The ASAP Term Sheet

The template of the term sheet summarizing the possible terms of the ASAP proposed by the investor to the company or vice versa. In certain situations, for effectively managing the negotiation process, the ASAP documentation phase could be preceded by an ASAP Term Sheet. If desired, parties may even elect to have the ASAP Term Sheet signed, before drafting the ASAP.
