We come to the close of another busy year for our technology, outsourcing and privacy team. Not only have we driven forward around £9 billion of technology deals for our clients but we have continued to contribute to developments in data privacy, information security, mobile money, cloud services and big data. Our writing last year was coloured by the economics of tough measures, renegotiation and extracting best value, but it is the exploitation of new technologies which have captured my colleagues interest in 2013. This has been the year of mass cloud adoption, bring your own device, mobile apps and fresh investment in data analytics. We hope you find the articles in this edition of Rewind valuable reading. They have been carefully selected by Emily Parris, without whom Rewind would never get off the ground.
