Laurent recently joined Fieldfisher's EU International Trade and Regulatory Group in Brussels, but has been practicing EU law for major international law firms for over 20 years. The Group assists clients in a broad range of international trade issues – including anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguards procedures and litigation – and customs matters under EU and Member State legislation, as well as under the WTO and international agreements.
Laurent has also experience with regulatory market access and internal market issues, including product safety, life sciences, environmental law, and chemical regulation, as well as with data privacy and intellectual property rights.
